Free quotes

How your Starlink installation is quoted

No two properties are the same, so we don't use one-size-fits-all pricing. Send a few photos or call, and you'll get a clear, free quote before any work starts, including any travel fee.

What shapes your quote:

  • The mount: roof, wall, pole or a custom mount
  • Roof type and height, or how tall the pole needs to be
  • The cable path, and any trenching or conduit to other buildings
  • How many rooms and buildings need Wi-Fi
  • Travel distance, if applicable

Not included: the Starlink monthly plan, which you buy directly from Starlink. Need the Starlink kit too? We can supply it.

Starlink vs. your internet

How much faster could your internet be?

Rural DSL, HughesNet and Viasat were the only options out here for years. Starlink's low-orbit satellites changed that. Compare your connection in 30 seconds.

  • Real speed data from Ookla speed tests
  • What your household needs, from the FCC speed guide
  • Download times, upload and delay, side by side
  • Use your own Starlink kit or have us supply one; we make it work on your property

Is Starlink Better Than Your Internet?

Four quick questions. See how your connection compares with Starlink.

Your internet vs. Starlink
Starlink ≈ 13× faster

DSL at 10 Mbps can't keep up with the ~51 Mbps your household needs for work calls and 4K streaming. Starlink's typical ~130 Mbps covers it with room to spare.

  • Your internet today10 Mbps
  • Starlink (U.S. median)~130 Mbps

Starlink figures are U.S. medians from Ookla speed tests (2025): about 130 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload and 45 ms delay. Activity needs follow the FCC Broadband Speed Guide. Real speeds depend on your plan, location and a clear view of the sky, which is exactly what a professional install gets right.

Starlink installation in Texas, answered

The questions people ask most about Starlink installation quotes and coverage in Texas.

How much does Starlink installation cost in Texas?

It depends on the property: the mount, the roof, the cable path, how many buildings need Wi-Fi and how far we travel. That's why Starlink Ready TX gives every customer a free, clear quote before any work starts.

What affects Starlink installation cost: 6 factors

  1. The mount. Wall and roof mounts cost less than a pole set in concrete.
  2. Roof type and height. Two-story and steep roofs take longer and cost more.
  3. Pole height and trench length. Getting above tall trees and trenching back to the house add labor.
  4. Cable distance. The first 50 ft of hidden cable is included; longer runs cost more.
  5. Number of buildings. Every shop, barn or guest house you want covered adds Wi-Fi equipment.
  6. Travel distance. Jobs far from Round Rock may include a travel fee, shown in your quote.
